Spandam

Spandam is the leader of CP9, as well as the weaker member of them, and even unable to perform any of the "Rokushiki" techniques. To defend himself and perform some attacks, Spandam uses a powerful weapon: Funkfriend, a sword that was merged with the Zou Zou no Mi which allows it to turn into an elephant.

• Elephant Chop (Elephant Chop)

Spandam attacks holding Funkfried in his hybrid form to cut the opponent at distance.

• Ivory Dart (Ivory Dart)

With Funfried in his hybrid form, Spandam trows him directly to the opponent with the intention to pierce him with his tromp.
