The third strongest member of CP9, is extremely competitive, and was outraged that both Rucchi and Kaku were deemed stronger than him. Jabra ate the Inu Inu no Mi model Wolf, reason why he represents Rucchi's Nemesis (dog and cat). His battle style is based on Tekkai Kenpo, this technique allows him to have always activated Tekkai and use it while he moves, being the only CP9 able to do it. Jabra also emphasizes by his lies and tricks to win the fights.

Saul is a giant, but unlike previously introduced giants, Saul did not originate from Elbaf. Saul is also characterized as having a unique, but awkward laugh, "Dereshi", that he finds somewhat embarrassing. While on duty, Saul's vessel encountered a wanted ship run by the Archaeologists of Ohara, who left West Blue to locate and decipher the mysterious Poneglyphs that bear an ancient history. Despite ordering his men to take the archaeologists alive, Saul's crew slaughtered all but one; Nico Olvia, the mother of Nico Robin. After her capture, Saul was informed by Sengoku that he would be one of the five chosen Vice Admirals to lead a Buster Call against the Ohara for its crimes of deciphering the Poneglyphs. After interrogating Olvia, Saul grew disgusted with the Marine brutal intentions and defected against the World Government by releasing her. Shortly thereafter, he was shipwrecked in a storm, then sent adrift in the ocean until fatefully landing on Ohara itself. There, he met and befriended Nico Robin and was reunited with Nico Olvia. After promising Olvia to ensure Robin's safety, Saul was frozen to death by Vice Admiral Kuzan (Aokiji). As he was dying, Saul smiled and laughed to praise Robin.

A Tenryuubito traveling with the World Government inspectors around the East Blue. When his ship arrived at Goa Kingdom, the fishing boat that Sabo stole to start his adventure as a pirate got in their way. Taking it as an offense, Jalmack sank the ship with his bazooka.

Jango is a strange man who is the new Captain of Kuro's pirate group. He and Kuro conspire to kill Kaya and obtain all of her money. To do this they need her to write a will leaving all of the money to Kuro. That is why he needs Jango who is a hypnotist that plans to hypnotize Kaya into writing a will leaving all her money to them. Jango's hypnotic pendulum also is a weapon that can slice almost anything. Kaya and Usopp's pirates group manage to take him down and escape. After Jango and Kuro are defeated Jango later has his own adventures with the Marine Fullbody.

Jean Bart was the captain of a pirate crew. At the current time, we see it as one of the slaves of the Tenryuubito (specifically, Rosward Sei), but when Luffy and the Straw Hats break in the Human Auction, Trafalgar Law decides to release him and make him part of his crew.

Jesus Burgess is know as "Champion". He is the gigantic helm handler of the Kurohige Pirates. Nothing else is known about him for now.

Nicknamed "The Glutton", Bonney is one of the pirates called Rookies for having an over the one hundred million berries reward. Jewelry Bonney would meet with Zoro when both crossed with a Tenryuubito. Using his ability, Bonney became a little girl and throw tomato at Zoro's face to pretend that she was his younger sister and this way the Tenryuubito thought he was dead. After entering into the New World, Bonney was captured by Kurohige Pirates, who intended to use her for a trade with the World Government in exchange for a ship big enough to travel to San Juan Wolf in it. However, the Admiral Akainu came to the trade, which caused the Kurohige Pirates to flee frightened.

Jinbe is a whale shark gyojin. Jinbe is an orphan raised in the Gyojin District of Gyojin Island. He enlisted in the Neptune Army until the rebellion of his mentor Fisher Tiger take him to join the Taiyou Pirates. At first violent and hateful towards humans, Jinbe learned to accept humans in his yourney as a pirate. After the death of Fisher Tiger, Jinbe took over as the captain of the crew and later joined the Ouka Shichibukai to protect his former nakamas. However, following the announcement of Ace's execution, Jinbe refused to go to war for his respect towards Shirohige, who had protected Gyojin Island all these years, reason why he was captured and imprisoned in Impel Down by Akainu. Jinbe was rescued by Luffy from his cell and both, along with other allies, left for Marine Ford in an attempt to rescue Ace. Two years after the war, Luffy would meet Jinbe again at Gyojin Island, where Jinbe warned him to not face Hody Jones, since that was a racial conflict.

After the events of Arlong Park, the Vice Admiral John Giant pronounces a speech in a meeting of the Marines where they decide Luffy's first bounty. John Giant appears once again during the Buster Call over Enies Lobby, where he organized the attack from the Marine Headquarters. During the battle at Marine Ford, John Giant tried to prevent the pirates from entering into the plaza, but when he faced Shirohige himself he was defeated with a earthquake punch.

Johnny attacks Luffy's ship after they accidently shoot a cannonball at his friend, Yosaku. In the middle of the fight Zoro steps out and to everyones surprise they know each other. Johnny and his partner Yosaku are pirate hunters and have known Zoro for awhile. Johnny has a bad habit of calling people sempai, or aniki which means brother. The two stay with the crew until they defeat Arlong.

"Diamond" Jozu is the commander of the third corps of the Shirohige Pirates. He's a large human, but not as much as his captain, and he is presumably very powerful, as he is in a high position. He has an Akuma no Mi ability which allows him to transform his body into diamond, hard enough as to withstand one fo Mihawk's attacks. During the Marine Ford war to rescue Ace, he was frozen by Aokiji, resulting in Jozu losing his left arm.
