This film was created for the Jump Super Anime Tour, is a promotional film created before they began to emit One Piece anime, created with the intention to demonstrate the possibilities of transferring this series to anime. As it is promotional, the seiyuus (dub actors) are different from those from the final version and the sound effects used either do not correspond to the ones used at the moment. In the movie appear Luffy, Nami and Zoro as members from the crew, reason why the history can be located after the defeat of Buggy. The argument, note that is not of Oda since it is somewhat simple, it is about a town under the tyranny of a pirate called Ganzack and how the arrival of Luffy causes that the town can again be free.
