These are the ingredients for a filler episode done by Toei Animation. A repellent brat or an curmudgeon old man to choose from, depending on what was used in the last filler episode so it doesn't seem that they’re repeat themselves. Reuse previous episode jokes until you get tired of them and they become any fun. Give a character some power type as an Akuma no Mi, Ambition or whatever is popular at the time and preferably link him with a cool character to give him some charm. Try to give the episode some kind of moral or hidden stupid message.
