We return briefly back in time to a Marine Ford that is recovering from the war damage. To the surprise of the Marine and the press on the island, a Marine battleship arrives with Luffy, Jinbe and Rayleigh on board. After disembarking, Luffy rings the Ox Bell a total of 16 times and then leaves. The meaning of this act is diferent for each one, is an act of war? Or the declaration of a new era?
