Van der Decken wants to steal all the treasures he find on the Thousand Sunny, but fortunately for the Straw Hat crew, the Kraken appears to help them, who has been renamed as Surume after being tamed by Luffy. Before the fight went any further, a submarine volcano erupts, forcing the crew to flee through a submarine trench that leads them to Gyojin Island. At last they arrived at the underwater paradise, a place full of light in the deep sea. But the problems continue, the ship is soon surrounded by several sea monsters.
